Greetings from H-BC Elementary!
Week two has been a success! Today we practiced evacuation and lock down drills. Please speak to your child about these drills. Please let me know if you have any questions.
In the upcoming weeks the HBC Elementary Parent Connection will be coming to you in a different format. I’m excited! Looking forward to a whole week of school this next week! Stay safe!

Next Week is Homecoming! Information with all the details has been sent home via email and watch your child’s backpack for a permission form. The district-wide dress up theme is Patriot Road Trip.

Wednesday Sept 16th: Pizza Crunchers, Sauce, Green Beans, Peaches
Thursday Sept 17: Sack Lunch, Sandwich, Chips, Fruit
Friday Sept 18th Sack Lunch, Sandwich, Chips, Fruit
CAR LINE: The end of day pick up line is going great! Tips for child safety and improved flow:
-Children should enter and exit your vehicle on the right/curb side.
The left/driver side is the car passing lane.
-Enter the lot and passing lane SLOWLY!
-Stay with your vehicle in the line. No need to get out or walk to the
front of the building.
-If you do need to go into the building, park your car in the lot.
-Notify the school your child is going to be picked up by someone different.
-Continue to be patient with each other!
Summer Reading Forms: The last day to turn in elementary Summer Reading forms to Mrs. Moore will be Monday, September 14.
