October is Tackle Cancer month and the football team will be selling Tackle Cancer apparel (online store). Our Tackle Cancer game will be Friday October 4th. All apparel will arrive and be distributed before then so everyone can wear their apparel that night.
All proceeds will be given to the Erickson family.

JV & JH Football will be played in Fulda on Tuesday. The JV will have a scrimmage on the practice field and the JH will play a game on the the football field. Both will start at 4:30.

H-BC has several new groups for parents and others to receive information via the HBC APP. The included screen shot demonstrates how to turn on and opt into or out of specific notifications. We are trying to minimize disruptions.

Attention: 5th Graders Interested in beginner band and parents. Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 21 plan on attending the Introductory 5th grade student/parent band meeting. The meeting is set to run from 5:30 pm until 7pm @ the HBC Elementary school. Contact Mr. Olson with ?s.

Attention families of incoming 5th graders:
Before school begins, students and families have an opportunity to attend a Beginner Band Display to learn more about band Wednesday, August 21 - 5:30-7:00pm at the H-BC Elementary School Music Room.
Students will be able to explore different instruments in band, and also be given assistance with choosing instruments that might best suit them.
If you cannot attend this display, no problem- you may still be in band when school begins! You may show up after the 5:30pm start time on 8/21, but it’s recommended you arrive by 6:30pm at the latest.
