HBC Student-Athletes get your physicals! 7th and 10th grade students will need a physical prior to practice starting. Sanford Luverne Clinic is now offering sports physicals for student athletes. Sports physicals are available by appointment every weekday during regular clinic hours, which are 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. There also some extended times (see flyer). HBC Fall Sports Update: 9-12th Varsity Football and Volleyball will begin practice in the AM of Monday, Aug. 16th. 7th-8th grade Football and Volleyball will start on Monday, Aug 23rd. 7th graders and Sophomores need to have physicals done prior to the start of practice. Also, please do not schedule senior pictures, vacations or appointments during practice times. Practice is a valuable time to prepare for the upcoming season.
